Speakers are advised to upload their presentations (using USB sticks) at their earliest possible convenience (one session in advance is recommended). For any query, please contact the registration desk.
The time allocated for presentations are:
Plenary Lectures: 45 minutes
Invited Lectures: 30 minutes
Oral Communications: 15 minutes

Poster presentations
Each poster location will be indicated by the poster’s assigned number and pins will be provided.
Poster sessions will take place in the GROUND floor.
Maximum poster dimensions will be 59.4 cm wide x 84.1 cm high (format A1).
Prizes
The RICI/SPQ sponsors a prize of 250 Eur for the Best Poster, complemented with a certificate.
